Brought my car in to have the serpentine belt replaced. Car was making a loud screeching noise. They replaced the belt and I had it back in the same day. The screeching noise continued as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. There should be an option for 0 stars. I have been coming here for many years and was absolutely taken advantage of and given the run around for 6months. They had my car in their shop for 3 separate days, all day. Each time I had to call and see if my car was done only to be told “the wrong part was ordered”. Constantly being told I’ll call you tomorrow or I’ll call you next week. Never calling me back, I would have to call them. Was told the part I needed was on back order.
