Beware, this company is a scam. Tried to call, email, and text the company after buying a valve body and have had no response in over 30 days. They appear to be out of business. I am going to have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company.
Worst place to order offline from. I ordered a car part last week from their website I paid with debit they took the money from my bank account and now that ups came to drop it off they’re requesting a money order for the exact amount that was taken from my account. I’ve been trying to contact them for about two hours &’ no response. I called the numbers they have on the website two numbers don’t go through. I wouldn’t recommend this company. I have called for a month now. Text, left a message and called when voicemail was full and couldn’t leave a message. Sad
I couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for Nicole. Nicole is absolutely amazing! She was hands on from the beginning. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Especially after not receiving my order she immediately looked into what happen spoke with who she needed to speak with and resolved the problem while still keeping me informed every step of the way.
