I’ve been a patient of his for a few years for migraines. He’s very caring and always addresses my concerns! I’ve never had any issues with the office or anything. Great doctor, wouldn’t switch neurologists.

I was a patient there for almost 5 years with a clean record when he was in that office before and he let me go, out of the blue, for missed appointments, when I had been in the hospital. Didn't even bother asking me why I had missed those appointments or anything just dismissed me as a patient without any warning. I felt like I had been slapped in the face! They told me that his office had too many patients and he was trying to ween some of the patients down. So where is the doctor /patient loyalty in that? After 5 years of... read more

I am appalled at some of these reviews. I was a patient of Dr Nausef for about 2 yrs. I never had a problem. The comments about the male receptionist are ridiculous. He was always very kind & polite to anyone including myself. He is very outspoken (Yes.) But never rude. I think he is very funny & professional.💯 The only reason I left this facility is because I found a Dr 5 mins from my home in Northern Ky. I would highly recommend Dr Nausef & his receptionist, as a matter of fact Im calling to sign my husband up as a new pa... read more

I gave it a long year before being so outraged by the worst female receptionist I’ve ever seen. I understood the males humor and enjoyed the banter. At least it occupied me during my 4-7 hour wait! Between the dr canceling appts then charging me for not being able to come in 1-2 weeks earlier and the flat out female dog who appeared to me as a client clearly still using disrespecting me, I chose to gtfo !

This place is a disaster, the staff gave me INCORRECT information when i called regarding my co-pay and caused me to have to leave after filling out 10 pages of paperwork because i was told co pay would be billed when actually they REQUIRE you to pay this up front. I didnt even have my health insurance debit card with me. This place is a joke. I used appointment paid time hours for NOTHING and have to wait again dealing with pain for a new appointment some other place because i will never come back here
