I am an employee of CNS Cares and they are great. They make sure the patients are taken care of and holds the nurses to a fine line. They care, both for the staff and definately the patients. Nicole the manager is always available and will help me any way I need it. The schedulers are amazing. Tiffany always answers her phones and helps me arrange the schedule. Tina has been a great help with getting patients started and getting the correct paperwork. I highly reccomend this company to both staff and patients.
Amazing place to work that genuinely cares about both their patients and employees. Management and support staff are easy to talk to, helpful, and make you feel appreciated.

I'm am posting for my friend who has CNS care for her partner and the workers are not doing their job, they come in and pile up on the couch and stay on their phone and sleep. The client who is under their care is being neglected because they are not doing what their job entails. It's ridiculously sad. Not just one nurse or aid it's all of them that goes in this house. I wouldn't use this company at all because they don't do what they are supposed to and it's apparently ok with higher ups.
