If I could give this business a zero star rating I would. Not only was I denied my probate bond with no true valid reason, but I had to conduct my business standing up in the waiting area. I was never shown into an office at all. Also, the woman I was working with had no compassion with my situation. This is unacceptable behavior when you are dealing with someone who is already going through a hard time because a loved one has passed away and you are trying to open their estate. I have been a loyal client but after 16 years with this agency I have cancelled my policies because of Brittany Harper who insisted on overcharging me when I asked to add my 20yr old son to my policy. My policy was pre-paid for the full year, I requested the cancellation of my auto policy in July, I am owed a refund for the unused half, instead Brittany added some charges that has me getting a bill instead of a refund.
