I appreciate Steve’s efforts in completing the job above standard and taking the time to do it correctly. He did two jobs for me and within those two jobs he noticed things outside of the scope of his work that should be addressed and ties in to the work that he’s doing, and when ahead and fixed them like it was part of the current job. In doing so he saved me money from having to schedule any additional work.
