Steve provided roofing job on 4 different locations & I am very satisfied with quality of work he provided. On one occasion, he came back to honor his warranty even after more than 6 years when most of other roofers I used in the past nikle & dime you when they come back. Happy with his service.
Would NOT recommend! Hired Steve Vlado (owner of CNR Construction & Masonry LLC) for waterproofing repairs in January 2023 (with a 4-year warranty). Paid full price ($4000) after he claimed work was done. It wasn’t, and the leak continued shortly within 2 months after Steve’s claim of “completed” work. Informed Steve of the persisting problems, he came back to the house and claimed to have worked on the problems but he never fixed any of the problems. CNR repairs the divide wall of my warehouse parking lot. Got a quote from them really fast, and the job is completed in the timely manner. Other than that, Robert and his brother are friendly and easy to communicate. Will use their service in future.
Owner Steve rented a coffee machine from our event rental company. Never returned it. We reached out and decided he wanted to keep machine. We explained we cannot do that and need machine back for a reservation. New excuse is he lost it. Pure unprofessionalism, it says a lot about company core value for others
