Waiting 20 minutes past my appointment is BS. I should charge them for wasting my time.
I had a disappointing experience while trying to make an appointment at CNOS. The person who first answered the phone, Rachel, was very rude and not friendly at all. I was abruptly put on hold and transferred without any explanation. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was transferred back—only to find out that Rachel hadn’t even made a profile for me. Terrible desk service called to just make an appointment an older lady answered named Brandy she was super rude and unprofessional everytime she talked she seemed annoyed that I called ? You’re the first person to answer the phone why is it so hard to be nice? People can tell when you’re smiling over the phone let’s change things … if you can’t work at a professional environment then work as a garbage collector ;)
