Very disappointed in the treatment by Dr. Penny. Have gone there for close to 16 years and find that when he is questioned as to why he refuses a renewal of prescription he gets annoyed. When I asked him to speak with one of the partners about what other medication could be used he refused and I was told to make appointments with them. I have worked with these amazing Neurologists for many years. They are all amazing and so kind. They take their time with their patients and speak in real terms. Highly recommend
My appt was at 3:30 on 1-22-2020, after waiting an hour I finally cancelled. I left work an hour early to be on time. They dont make appointments past 3:30 so working people have no choice but to leave work and wait on them. A simple phone call would have been nice!
Who is the best one to see for migraines?
I see Dr. V. He is an awesome Dr. I have been seeing him for yrs and I also get Botox injections by him. This is my 6th year for the injections I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He has sent me to other facilities for second opinions and he only wAnts best for his patients , professional and thorough always. His staff is phenomenal.
Great group of doctors in this Practice. They really care about their patients.
I recommend CNMRI however, the staff don’t know how to call you back if you need to reschedule a Botox shot or cancel it. I have left 4 messages on one inbox in the span of 7 days for Janee on Dr. Veripapa and she has still not reached me including a portal message. When I called to complain, the receptionist kept sending me to her voicemail so I could go unanswered yet again. I’m at the point where I’m going to go there and demand the office manager.
They have zero concern for their patients and their needs, never have I ever had to have to wait for a script in the mail then get the script, it’s the wrong medication and then tell me I’ll have to drive to Dover to get the new script and we are now on day 3 of my son not having medication, still no script. Someone should have drove the script to Milford. Point blank. We will be finding a new neurologist. This isn’t the first issue.
