Very disappointed in the treatment by Dr. Penny. Have gone there for close to 16 years and find that when he is questioned as to why he refuses a renewal of prescription he gets annoyed. When I asked him to speak with one of the partners about what other medication could be used he refused and I was told to make appointments with them.
