Would not even give 1 star if they let me. I scheduled an appt for Hubby 7 weeks ago. Appt was to be in 5 days. Just got a call that Dr. will not be in that day and they are scheduling 7 weeks out! Terrible patient consideration.
My previous review was addressed after I complained to a the nurse of mine. The lady at the front apologized to me about her attitude. I believe the company has gotten too many patients now and the feel of being just a number now is very evident. I hope change will come.
