I am a tenant of a rental property Craig does maintenance for. In addition to the property mgmt company providing his services I also hired him to do extra services such as my gutters and lawn care. When I need maintaince Craig is very prompt and usually arrives by the end of the business day, not 24 hours or never like some slumlords promise when u request repairs. I like that he offers 24/ 7 emergency service calls if something breaks on the weekend after hours and I can text him anytime. Most businesses do not offer this ... read more
