This is a main call center for Aspen Dental. There are no locations in Carlsbad. They scheduled me for a same day appointment in Roswell (closest place). I needed urgent work and all they wanted to do was take x rays and have me come back another day. This was after I drove 60 miles to get there. This is despite them telling me they could help me today. Fail!
The receptionists were very kind over the telephone, answered my questions and my denture job was over quick. Thanks!
