It’s not often that people go above and beyond to help others, and that is exactly what Tom did today. I was in an accident this morning hours away from home and Tom braved flooding and his own priorities to locate and procure a tire for me so I could get home. The professionalism and kindness exceeded any expectations I may have had. Highly recommend. Below is a before photo.
Called after seeing reviews on a Saturday at 2pm site says open til 9 but guy I spoke to on phone said they would not be return the store.
The service was great!Tom is a nice guy and he gives you a good deal. He doesn't cheat you when it comes to tires. He explains to you what you should be looking for when purchasing tires. I recommend him if you need service for your vehicle.
I called for an emergency leaking tire. I noticed it while I was driving in the area. I called to see if he would be able to look at it for me and he was more than happy to on the phone..... When I got there my husband got out to let him know we there the ones that called about the tire leak. He never.....and I mean never came to the car. We sat there for 45 mins and he acted like we where not even there. Not to mention I had a 8 month old baby in the car as well. Piss poor customer service.
