I rented my apartment in Aventura with Cnergy Property Management for a year and I have and I had a horrible experience. First of all they do “repairs” without the owner concempt. They didnt noticed me when they did the repairs to my property, and when they deposit my rent there was always money missing. They dont answer emails and I always had to email them to send me the income statement each month for my records. After nearly two years of dealing with CNERGY Management, I feel worn out and frustrated with the time and resources invested. In our experience, we didn't find the level of professionalism and efficiency expected from a management company. The current state of our condominium does not reflect the standard we desired. If you are considering working with CNERGY, I recommend that you conduct a thorough and careful review before making a decision.
