Stayed in a CNE Briarwood rental in Jan 2023 with my family of 4 doctors & 2 spouses. The property was beautiful, clean and well appointed & maintained. My only problem was with the property manager, *************************. We asked for the pool temp to be increased because of chilly weather and offered to pay for any associated costs. After several days with no response, she was unwilling or unable to accommodate. We reported seeing a spray of water coming from the side of the house and reported this to ******.
