If I explain where my pain is and what caused the pain, and you decide to exacerbate the pain, it's not going to be enjoyable. When I complained about my lower back which I expressed beforehand that I had a bone spur in my lower back, I would think caution would be taken, but the therapist was rough. More time was spent on a painful area I didn't want touching than anywhere else. My legs and shoulders which is what I expressed needed more attention, got the least amount of time. I just had the best massage I've had Stateside. Judy was responsive to my pressure request, worked out all my trouble spots, and gave a well balanced massage. I didn't feel like any of my major muscle groups were neglected, and none were rushed. I will be a regular here, for sure. Clean cloth sheet was on the table. I was not pressured at all for an up-sale, or for a tip.
