I was double charged for my purchase and, despite raising the concern, the issue was not corrected. The refusal to resolve a clear billing error was frustrating and unacceptable.
If I explain where my pain is and what caused the pain, and you decide to exacerbate the pain, it's not going to be enjoyable. When I complained about my lower back which I expressed beforehand that I had a bone spur in my lower back, I would think caution would be taken, but the therapist was rough.
