Worse company ever! After not sending me a bill for a year and a half after the biopsy, they send it collections before they send it to me. I called them and they finally send me the bill. The bill has a figure, I call the insurance to verify everything. I decided I will make a payment, only for them to tell me that the amount owed is actually almost $500 more than the bilI have. I hope doctors stop using your service! Poor, poor, poor!
Very communicative, thought out & friendly! Dan is amazing to talk with for any concerns. The skin biopsy is WELL worth it.
Never answer their phone website is useless they lock you out of your account
