They use a call center full of people who are rude and will curse at you and call you names. Who won't give you their company name but gave me this companies name. Who will change their numbers every few weeks so even if you block them or get on the no call list they can still call you again. So ill be reporting this company to the BBB and IRS for harassment and slander. Don't use these guys if they want to keep using call centers like that. My husband and I have used Ms.Catherine at CNC tax for years and we love her! She always goes over and beyond to help us. She is very knowledgeable about everything concerning tax information. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
