I have been building engines and cars for 30+ years and never have delt with a company as bad as this, ordered a set of rods they listed as in stock not true, listed them with a 7/16 bolt not true, after placing the order and finding out the mis information by calling the distributor directly i immediately called them to cancel the order, as this was the same day the order was completed and at 10:30am the guy said he canceled it later the same day I messaged them to make sure it was canceled the reply was they already ship... read more
Chris in the parts dept thinks he owns the place, he is rude and will not do what he was hired to do which is take care of the customers. Terrible shipping service, going to ruin the owners business.
I brought an item and the description didn't match what can in the box. Called CNC Motorsports and talked to Clint found the problem and with in a few days I had the correct part.
Terrible company, They do not stand behind their products. BUYER BEWARE!!!
