not so easy to get to the dock if there trucks at the dock. tiny space. staff is not so friendly. forklifter broke my bulkhead by pushing a pallet in and didnt stop to fix it. just kept pushing in. Saw it when I drove off the dock. Then I had to wait to park again so he can remove pallets to fix the bulkhead. put most of the weight on the rear axcels and had to move them all the way back after weighing which is not allowed in some states and a lot harder to make turns. bad experience.
