Very nice, instructive, and professional gym. Great work outs here. The staff really get to know you, and everyone is family here.
Awesome gym! Owners Phil and Betty are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and their workouts are the best! A Variety of classes are offered - something for everyone!! It’s just a wonderful family atmosphere that makes you look forward to going to the gym!! You gotta’ come check it out!!!
I Love attending the classes here. Just recently went to one of the dance excersise classes and it was an awesome workout. Everyone is very encouraging and positive. I love the energy!
