CNC Hair Studio is a uniquely special hair salon for several reasons. It is a place where the owner, Charlotte Powell, truly cares about your hair. She has tools and products that examines the scalp and addresses ways to heal or repair scalp/hair conditions, but she is also very much a stylist.
