Carl is awesome, we never have to wait for him to come to our rescue, if he can fix it he will, sometimes with parts he has at home from other products! He is fare, dependable and just an all around great guy! I wouldn't call anyone else! He came highly recommended to me and I HIGHLY recommend him!
This guy is awesome, he will work with you. Gets parts quick and works fast. He offers refurbished appliances as well as senior discounts! Even came out late one evening to save me and my wife from a crazed washer sound.
