I currently hold an account with CNB bank but will definitely be switching to a new bank. There have been so many issues with this bank that I just cannot continue banking with them anymore. If it was just a few issues I could understand, however it is back to back issues. Some examples are: they do not help with getting you a new card (I went through 3 tellers before getting a card.) , setting the pin(said I was good to use the pin, went to use the pin I had picked and did not work), or even getting your own information in ... read more
I have been on hold for 3 hours and 52 minutes, and I am still on hold, so now here it is 4:00 , they say there closed the lobby now, but the drive through is still open. So now it's been over 4 hours and there closed but still on hold at number 1

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use CNB for ANYTHING. They are incompetent and their online banking system is the absolute worst. Do not use them for your mortgage-the website and app must have been developed by a bunch of middle schoolers, because it barely works. Save yourself the trouble and bank with a real bank like Wells Fargo.
