I have been a customer of cnac for about 8 to 10 yrs now, NEVER fell behind until October 2025 after my husband passed and all of the finances were on my shoulders. I explained my issue and offered documents for proof and CNAC responded with nothing but " NO CAN DO!" today i gave them the last of what i had just to stop the calls and I was only 4 days past due. Absolutely horrible: Their app doesn't work, (Almost 5 years and the app still doesn't work!) they don't respond to emails, their website almost never works and shows that I have paid more than SIX MILLION DOLLARS in payments. (Which I clearly haven't) My account is set up as auto-pay, they wouldn't take the money out of my account. I'd email, get no response, and 2 weeks later get an email saying my car was up for repossession due to my lack of payment. IT'S AUTO-PAY! How do you screw that up? Should be an option for negative star. I'd leave -100. Horrible, greedy people! I've paid nearly 100k for this 2011 Hyundai sonata. Called to tell them one of my last payments will be late a few days and I got threatened that my car would be repoed! I hung up so angry I thought I was going to stroke out! The lady kept saying where's the money?! Get the money!
