I don’t normally leave reviews but this was the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. No updates, no communication. Adjuster was rude when I inquired about my claim. Called to speak to manager who never called me back. Adjuster said they were looking for more evidence and was going to try to find video surveillance but said it was more my responsibility to do so and then denies my claim before I got the chance to get the footage.
