Chris has been fantastic to deal with. His communication has been great, and he has turned up exactly when he says he will. We ordered a customised cupboard for my mums garage, it was in an awkward spot. Installation was completed yesterday and it has come up beautifully. We are very happy. Alex who installed the cupboard was also great to deal with. Thank you to both of you. Will be recommending you to others.
Update: I received a quotation from Chris — thank you, Chris. However, when I followed up, I didn’t receive a response, and I wasn’t aware that the quotation process could take 5–10 days. =================================================== I requested a quotation for a kitchen renovation. Someone came out to take measurements but I never heard back, despite following up a few times. If the business is too busy or not interested, it would be more professional to let customers know instead of leaving them waiting.
