This is the second time we've used them to trim our trees. The crew was very meticulous and cleaned up great afterwards. They shaped the trees so they look great getting out all the deadwood. They guy who climbed up our tall oak tree was very accomplished and it was a marvel to see him swing and repel as he was during the job. Very safety conscious. Highly recommend.
We had a poor experience working with this company through ChipDrop. We were disappointed in the communication, integrity and professionalism. They misrepresented the amount of trunks and logs that were left in our yard through ChipDrop, and dropped the wood chips, logs, and trunks blocking our driveway. When I followed up with them about our frustrations, they offered to come get some of the wood. They never came and stopped taking my calls and texts.
