Customer service is not their strong point - just went through 3 months of pain with a chainsaw service on a Stihl chainsaw - no voicemails or texts and after over 4 weeks I went to collect the chainsaw only to be told it wasn't finished beacause it needed $350 of parts to complete. How would I know without any messages. After another 4 weeks plus, I pay another visit, only to be told that it could not be repaired as it would cost more than the the chainsaw was worth and there would be another $50 to pay, which I objected to... read more
Took my tractor in one time they did good work to repair but lacked in communication. I've been trying for months to get some one to reply for more work with no response At this point I would go somewhere else
Great service they had exactly what I was looking for friendly staff I was in and out and back to the job. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
