I really wish I could give 0 stars but that’s not an option. Twice they forced me to pay for fuel I didn’t request/ask for. First time my neighbor requested fuel for her apartment only for them to put the fuel in my tank (which they forced me to pay for when I never requested it). And the second time, I requested 100 gallons to be delivered and they filled my tank which was 152 gallons. I normally have no problem with cnbrown in lancaster till last week I called on Thursday was told Dalton is on Monday except it a holliday so no deliveries in Dalto till next week. I told them I had a little less than a tank its hard to get to the gauge I was told well should have called at a half a tank I didn't know it was that low I was told well I guess you will be hauling it in cans very very rude. Just because it was a holliday you skip one town? I allways rush right down and pay as soon as it's deliverd yes im hauling... read more
I've been with CN Brown for a number of years now and they've been wonderful. Having recently relocated we were in need of a second tank to accommodate our needs and our request was handled promptly and professionally. I was even called the next day as a follow up to see if I wanted to go ahead and fill each tank as we are heading into the heating season. Georgia and staff were wonderful.
