I normally have no problem with cnbrown in lancaster till last week I called on Thursday was told Dalton is on Monday except it a holliday so no deliveries in Dalto till next week. I told them I had a little less than a tank its hard to get to the gauge I was told well should have called at a half a tank I didn't know it was that low I was told well I guess you will be hauling it in cans very very rude. I've been with CN Brown for a number of years now and they've been wonderful. Having recently relocated we were in need of a second tank to accommodate our needs and our request was handled promptly and professionally. I was even called the next day as a follow up to see if I wanted to go ahead and fill each tank as we are heading into the heating season. Georgia and staff were wonderful.

I was in desperate need of heating oil and was inconveniently out of the country! I called the Lancaster office and spoke with Gloria. I explained my situation, and she told me it would be next to impossible with many of her colleagues out sick and deliveries having already been made the day before in my area. She worked some magic, and I will get a delivery of much needed fuel today. Many thanks to the CN Brown Team in Lancaster. Thanks to the great folks who drive and deliver the oil as well. CN Brown Lancaster ROCKS!
Very Rude. Especially Georgia Greenwood. I was told then only put propane tanks on top of the ground in the spring. Even though every other company does them all year. I called today because tomorrow is spring. Georgia said she doesn't care what the calendar says. They don't install until May as they are "too busy" for new business.
