Been with this company for many years, always had good service, last couple years they have gone so down hill, the driver can rarely manage my driveway but my propane driver has no issues so that's one issue but the biggest one is getting double charged i have a bill where I got delivered 100 gallons but there are 2 charges for the same day for 2 different deliveries both full price. I shopped around for oil and I have to say customer service was not kind then I found CN Brown they were by far the nicest people and I found out they also Took care of.the electricity. It was a no-brainer. I got money off my oil for having both services and the customer service was extremely helpful and kind they don’t mind answering questions and they do not rush you off the phone I would absolutely recommend them.
