Been empty for 4 days, they put in the order Monday and seem to be okay with letting a 7 month old and pregnant mother freeze. Spent over $150 on diesel and the clerk has a nasty attitude. No reason to take 4 days to get out to an empty tank for a delivery. Lady told us can't you go get some fuel with a can and add it to your tank... Excuse me are you stupid?? Always prompt delivery with fair price. We get our electricity from them also.
You guys are lazy and your service is absolute garbage. Your delivery employees need to take a class on how to knock on a door, it's apparently needed...
Have both propane account and electricity supply. Service is great.
