Employees very helpful and courteous!
I want to say that CN Brown went above and beyond in customer service. I forgot to check my tank and when I did we were on empty. I called them to see about a delivery for the following Monday (that's when they deliver to Hermon.) Unfortunately, I forgot that Monday was Memorial day and they wouldn't be delivering to our area on that day. But, because we were on empty, they arranged to have one of their drivers on his route for Wednesday, stop and make a delivery to our home. Last winter I ordered fuel and was told oil would be delivered tha thursday. Thursday came and went without a delivery. I called the office to see what was going on. I was told I don't know what happened to your ticket. We can have someone out there next Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I was told the same thing when I called. This time the delivery wouldn come that Friday. Sure enough NO DELIVERY! I would not recommend any of my friends, co-workers or family to frequent this store. Employees are on their cell phones while assisting customers with gas. There are many young people who hang out in front smoking and sitting or standing around. They park in the front and are rude and obnoxious. Most if not all people do not need to walk through cigarette smoke and foul language. I was recently in an accident at this particular store and could get no help from the employees. this is a good store I just think the turn over rate is terriable and its because they should pay their employees descent rates
