This isn’t my first unpleasant experience but it slipped my mind because it was a situation where I was booking for someone else. However after my recent appointment I remembered I said I won’t go back and I won’t for sure after this recent experience. I drove an hour to get my hair braided and was there 11.5 hours. This was the worst experience ( from start to finish) I have ever had while getting micro braids. Not only was Nina unprofessional but she also doesn’t tell the truth. I scheduled a Sunday morning appointment and was told that there would be two people working on my braids, however there was on her and one other braided taking turns between two jobs.
