Charles and his team have done work on our home for 5 years. From replacing smoke detectors to installing new flooring throughout our home. Our most recent project, they replaced an old door with side windows into a large glass door and doggie door. Charles listens to what I want, goes over potential issues and shares possible alternatives that I may not have considered. His work is very professional and his rates are reasonable.I highly recommend CMW Maintenance.
Charles and his assistant are the real deal!!! You have a project you need done - they'll do it!!! You have a problem you need corrected - they'll fix it!!! Most importantly they'll do it CORRECTLY and to your satisfaction. To make it even better they're very easy and enjoyable to work with.
