Always a pleasure dealing with Glenn and the boys in parts.
Very disappointed with this roadworthy service. I took my tray truck (beavertail) for a RWC and was told it needed an engineering modification plate. I followed up with VicRoads and a VASS engineer, and both confirmed that my truck does NOT require engineering as it is within the allowed measurement limits. When I went back and explained this, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. They refused to contact VicRoads to verify and even said I would have to pay them just to make a phone call.
