Your clinic is the best. All of the doctors I have seen have been very caring and compassionate. I have not felt seen or heard like this in a great many years. They are restoring my faith in health care.
Dr. Elliott was absolutely amazing. She was kind, reassuring, listened to all of my concerns, and actually had answers for me by the end of the appointment instead of just sending me out with a followup date (and a lot of questions!) like other doctors have in the past. I would absolutely recommend her and the CMU Health facility to other people looking for a primary care provider.
I’ve been living with chronic pain due to a past domestic violence injury — specifically from being strangled and having my head slammed into the floor. I’ve been seeking help through CMU Healthcare on Concentric Blvd, but what I’ve experienced has been deeply disappointing, frustrating, and honestly traumatic in its own way. The office staff are exceptionally friendly. Medical assistants are thorough. Overall very prompt service hardly any wait time. Doctors were very attentive and explained moving forward. And were I was in my current health status. Thank you!
It's so nice to go to a doctor's office with all my disabilities and not feel judged. I feel welcomed and heard. Also whoever is the secretary that answers the phone is the sweetest most understanding and helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. I borderline start panicking every time I have to make a phone call and she never makes me feel judged at all. I hope y'all pay her well.
