Person was fully aware of his inventory. Price of item was ok, but the item itself was not worthy of being sold. Very poor quality. Single ear piece. Customer service was ok. Not in a hurry to return. One of those places you go when there's absolutely nothing else and you wish for the best.

Refused to sell me a $7 part, claimed the part would be "maybe $10 or $20" plus $85 for labor. All I need is a new button. Don't give these people any business!
