Matt and his wife, Christine, make a great team, and they saved my sanity! I had an out-of-reach smoke detector with a dying battery mounted on a 17-foot ceiling that was chirping every 30 seconds for almost 24 hours. I could not find anyone to come out same day. Christine took my call and coordinated with Matt, who arrived in less than an hour and solved the problem. They are highly professional, courteous, and get the job done. I highly recommend!

Matt at CMT Home Services did a fantastic job restoring my guest bath after an over flow incident. He also repaired a few other things while he was here. He is very good about making sure he understands what you want and then explaining how he can accomplish that for you. He is very patient with us laymen, great at explaining the why and how of things. He’s very skilled and knows his stuff. When he starts a job he finishes it, no messing around. We met with Matt and went over things that we needed to have done. He was going to work up a quote and get back to us in a few days. The few days went by, so I followed up with an email and a text. Got a response by text saying sorry will get quote to you tomorrow. And he thanked me for being patient. Nothing the next day. First experience using CMT. Matt did a great job assembling Patio furniture and fixing a few other things in the house. Price was reasonable and will certainly use again.
