Just started my Muay Thai journey. Coach Ra is awesome and really emphasizes technique and conditioning. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

I've been around many Muay Thai and boxing gyms in the Bay Area and if you're into getting individual attention and a coach that will really challenge you then CMT is the gym for you! There are beginner friendly classes as well as competitive classes so this is a good gym for all levels.

The classes are good and the coach (who is also the owner) is great at teaching Muay Thai. But I must warn you - if you’re a young woman, stay away. The coach made extremely inappropriate comments and downright creepy comments towards me and my body in the past multiple times and as a result I no longer felt comfortable learning here and I will not be back.
