As you can see from reading the reviews, CMS is hit or miss. My husband and I have been clients for ~15 (maybe more) years. Currently I have my son, my household and my aunt's taxes being prepared by CMS. I don't consider any of them to be complex. Looking back to when we first started with Wendy, my taxes were prepared with no issues. CMS Tax Plus a very dependable tax service!
Shut this business down. They messed up my tax return and had to mail it, causing a HUGE delay. Then when i find out there was fraud going on with my taxes these women were of no help at all. I paid them to do my taxes and all they could tell me was i had to call the irs. Why am i calling the irs an jumping thru hoops for hours on end when i paid YOU to do my taxes??! They lost the envelope with all of our tax info during their move and blamed us. We had to gather all of our info again, which wasn't easy! We ended up filing late and getting pretty hefty fees. Will never go there again!
