Aimee no one is as displeased that your home did not sell as I. However the fact is that the market would not allow the price you wanted for your home. Your comment was ( why would I lower the price when no one is showing interest at a higher price). We will now never have the opportunity to recoup our lost revenue. That was invested in your listing and not charged to you in any way. Best of luck to you

I listed my house with these folks and it sat for 5 months before I let them go. No showings, poor management, and an overall terrible job. When I requested a release from their contract, the manager Lisa was very rude, dripping with animosity and had the gall to attempt to chew me out when it was her realtor who did a poor job. The realtor had lied to her about the details of my posting and she didn't believe me. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Do NOT list your home with this unprofessional company! – If there was an option for zero stars here, that's what this company would get. We ended up buying a house that was listed with this company. When we had driven by the home and picked up the flyer about it, the sweet old lady who lived there invited us in to take a look inside, so we did.
