I am a renter in Melbourne CBD. I requested a maintenance service of the air conditioner unit in my apartment through my rental agency. They engaged with CMS Electrics and their technician Frank attended and assessed the issue with the A/C unit. Turns out it had a leak somewhere and was slowly venting the gas out until it eventually had nothing left. Did a great job quickly and were on time! The 2 guys who did the lighting installs and exhaust cleaning did it really efficiently and we're even happy to point out and teach me a couple things about my apartment.
