Wow. They were supposed to come Friday (today is Monday) between 12-4 to fix our AC per American Home Shield. They never gave us a time until my husband called the morning of. Just to reiterate what apparently everyone who has written a review already knows... I’m glad it took so long that way they didn’t have a chance to “fix” my AC like some other people’s reviews. Took 10 days to come out to my house just to “diagnose” the problem with my AC. Mind you it’s 90 degrees at night in my 4 year olds room and mine when there’s storms and you can’t open the windows. If you are a customer of American Home Shield and put in a service request and receive the email that CMR Ventures will do your service. Call them IMMEDIATELY to request another repair company. The person that calls to schedule your service has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was very rude and acted as though I was a problem because I couldn't accept the day that she wanted to schedule.
