My PTU unit went out. I talked to them about getting it replaced with remanufactured one. Also transmission had over 200,000 miles so replaced that with remanufactured too. They deal with 2 different remanufacturing companies which is nice to have options. They got the truck on Monday had it done by Friday. Communicated with me the whole time. Was extremely satisfied with service and their communication. Best experience I've had with any repair shop in a long time.
The repair shop, ownership and employees you can unconditionally trust. I took my 1975 Airstream Argosy for transmission repair; they were unable to locate parts. The shop had my vehicle for months while I was deciding. When I finally made my decision to have it towed, I asked for bill, Charlie refused to charge me either for diagnosis or storage for months while I was deciding.
