The boss Ron is just not a good guy and a crook..... He will take your money and run..... Call around before.....

This has been a terrible experience. Perhaps the worst service in my 11 years of business. I hired CMR as a sub contractor and paid over $7000 for crawl space work. The owner of the company, Ron Nichols, told me the work was completed. He took payment and now has virtually disappeared. The work was found to be incomplete. I have tried to reach him for a month and cannot get a call back. I would not recommend Ron Nichols or CMR Duct Cleaning. If CMR would make things right I will update this posting.
Our service yesterday was outstanding. The men were extremely polite, efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company!
