They didn’t assist me properly; the inspection was terrible, and they charged me for nothing. On top of that, they made up issues that were actually fine, and in the end, they just dumped the car a block away from the shop and told me to take it somewhere else, saying they weren’t specialized in that type of car
Took my BMW 650i in after getting quoted over $10k by the dealer and told it would be a month+ in the shop. The CMR guys properly inspected it, explained everything clearly, and fixed the actual issues for a fraction of the price and had it back to me in under 2 days. No upselling, no fluff, just honest, skilled work. Really appreciate the integrity and will absolutely be back.
