They are not clear when they recommend services. I went to get an oil change done which I have free ones, and the advisor was talking about some recommended services, but they didn't ask if I wanted it done, then they had me sign the pad which I thought was signing for my oil change. When I went to get my car, I had a bill for almost 250. They said me signing was authorizing, but they were not clear on anything. Got my oil change done for service truck, Caitlin Kochan service advisor great communication and customer service by Caitlin,helped my truck get fixed within time and no delays.
We took our truck in for new tires and Ami in the Service dept was amazing. From start to finish. The wait times weren't long and we got a free breakfast. Thanks to Richard in the parts dept for doing up our quotes and getting the tires to Service for us.
I really did used to defend these guys but every experience in the last year has been a nightmare. How do you have three separate human beings call to confirm my appointment and the reason for it, then turn me away the day of because "we don't do that on weekends." Your staff are either untrained or brainless and I'm sick of it. I like the sales team but its not worth getting stuck with the service department. I'm done.
Shout out to Jaden he is really great to deal with I have always been taking my trucks there for him to deal with them I highly recommend everybody deal with him as his service is superb
