I travel 30 minutes just to get my nails done here. They’re the BEST!
First i told to sit on pedi chair for 10minis no one came to serve me i was about to leave but the lady came & started my pedi. No introduction.Technician started drilling my nails so fast & drill my skin few times i ask her to be gentle since it hurts. She was so rude service was really bad. Didn't even ask what colour i want. Finished in 20 minutes. I WILL never go back.
I called this morning to see if I could come in for a pedicure appointment today. A man answered my call and said “sure you can come at anytime.” I told him I’ll come at 3 or 4 pm and he confirmed that he’ll book me in for that time. I arrived at 3pm, no one greeted me or inquired about my appointment. None of the nail techs said anything, so I sat down. Went with my 85 year old grandmother and staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. Nails looked good.
