We received a dock wheel as a Christmas gift and packaging didn't include a nut and washer. I contacted customer service 'Kadiann Reid' and received 3 responses all mandating a receipts.. it was a gift.. I'll buy my own, don't wanna break this company.
Order placed July 9. Status was processing for 15 days. Then finally shipped yesterday (July 25) with an additional 4 days to show up. I emailed CMP Group twice to ask why it was processing for so long with no reply to either. Companies without stock, selling on line are frustrating.
