Great contractor to work with did steel stair job with railing in Brooklyn, Good communication with joe and everything was on time. Will work again with them in the future for sure!
I worked with CMP to renovate my coop apartment. First time doing renovation. I did a full kitchen reno, sanding down the floors, and paint the entire place. I followed Joe's recommendations on which stores to purchase appliances/materials from, etc. Took 3 months to get all done. Quality? 6/10. Paint job done not perfectly. Still sees bubbles everywhere. Kitchen materials recommended are poor. I chose the panels, but not joints, railings. It was simply overlooked. Lacks details. Was not informed that I should care for this.... read more
