I worked with CMP to renovate my coop apartment. First time doing renovation. I did a full kitchen reno, sanding down the floors, and paint the entire place. I followed Joe's recommendations on which stores to purchase appliances/materials from, etc. Took 3 months to get all done. Quality? 6/10. Paint job done not perfectly. Still sees bubbles everywhere. Kitchen materials recommended are poor. I chose the panels, but not joints, railings. It was simply overlooked. Lacks details. Was not informed that I should care for this.... read more
